The Series 1000 Fat and Moisture Analyser has been developed to provide a rapid system for measuring fat and moisture in homogeneous products such as yogurt, cream cheese, milk powder, butter, mayonnaise, olive, pumace, ground meat, sandwich meats etc.
The S1000 Fat and Moisture Analyser can measure other components including protein, sugars and alcohol.
The Series 1000 analysers are simple to operate with 4 push buttons. Alternatively a Tablet PC or free standing PC can be connected to the Series 1000 analysers to provide a means of measuring up to 6 components, save data and display spectra and trend plots.
